Design Features

The main concept for the development reflects the advancement of technology for the 21st Century, with ecological and sustainable environment. The ecological design reflects the characteristics of the local context and to create a strong contrast with the existing highrise building. Features such as eco-cells located on the building podium have spiraling vegetated ramp which connects the green roof (over the podium) to the ground level and brings daylight, vegetation, rainwater and natural ventilation into the inner depths of the building. Another ecological design featured is the green vegetated belt. This linear continuous landscape is planted with various types of trees and ground covers and links the Cultural Plaza from the Ground Plane to the Office Tower. This continuous Green Belt serves to reduce the heat island effect, thus reducing the need for the use of renewable energy in air conditioning and cooling is reduced.

Cultural Plaza as a focus for public cultural activities and functions, centrally located in front of the Podium. The design reflects the historical establishment of the company, through the spatial organization created at the Main Exhibition Halls.

Office Tower consists of multiple facades, in which the building is viewable from all sides. Sky Courts located on the office tower allow for interaction between nature and mankind. The Open plan arrangement in the Office Tower floor layouts provide for flexible future expansion.
