The site of West Kowloon
reclamation is at the tip of a complex and richly dense
peninsular facing a dynamic city island. This location
offers an excellent opportunity for the development of
an iconic landmark for Hong Kong.
This development integrated the arts, cultural and entertainment
precinct in Hong Kong, S.A.R. as an extension to the main
shopping area of Tsim Sha Tsui. The proposal creates an
entirely new landscaped waterfront feature for Hong Kong
which combines and synthesises the landscape with the
built form. Pier towers frames this urban park with landscaped
site coverage of over 94%.
